Who I Work With.
-
I offer a culturally safe, non-clinical space for First Nations leaders and community members navigating self-determination, colonial load, and the unique pressures of holding both traditional responsibilities and colonial expectations.
-
Growing up in Aotearoa this work is underpinned by my lived experience back home, alongside striving allyship. Te Whare Tapa Whā is the leading Māori health and mental wellbeing model, developed by Professor Sir Mason Durie in 1984, a framework I uphold in my practice.

We don’t need to be "exceptional" to be worthy of love or success, I help dismantle those conditional beliefs. We use motivational interviewing and process-oriented approaches to uncover where these patterns started and build a sense of worth that is ordinary, peaceful, and inherent; not something you have to earn through performance.

I spent three years as Music Victoria’s consultant and lead clinician during the pandemic. I also continue to work as a contracted workshop facilitator for Support Act. As an artist, this work is deeply important to me. Creative industries demand high visibility and emotional labor, often at the cost of personal wellbeing. I support artists and executives in managing burnout, imposter syndrome, and the specific psychosocial hazards of creative leadership. We focus on sustainable boundaries, authentic expression, and protecting your mental health without compromising your artistic integrity or business goals.
-
I work with survivors to regulate the nervous system, understand attachment patterns, and move from hypervigilance toward safety. This is a collaborative, non-pathologising process focused on your agency and healing timeline.

I’ve spent years unlearning my own internalised misogyny as a lesbian, and I know how biphobia can hide behind the guise of exclusivity or "purity" in queer spaces. If you’re bi or pansexual and feeling invisible, dismissed, or caught between worlds, this is your space. I’m deeply curious about your experience - no judgments, no gatekeeping. I aim to be an authentic sounding board for navigating the sometimes painful, often beautiful complexity of loving across genders while staying true to yourself.
