This is a genuine place to reconnect with yourself. It is not a wanky, one-size-fits-all approach. It’s intuitive, down-to-earth, and deeply relational. I walk alongside you as you reconnect with your voice, values, and vision.
This approach is for people who’ve done therapy or coaching and want to go deeper. It’s a chance to get clear on things and have an honest, authentic yarn with someone who’s been helping people heal and grow for nearly ten years.
While some in the community recognise me as a mental health counsellor, this offering is not counselling. It’s a separate modality, rooted in mentorship, reflection, and intuitive coaching. For more on how intuitive mental health coaching differs from therapeutic work, check out the FAQs.

My practice is for anyone navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply ready to reconnect with what matters. Whether you’re healing, breaking, or dreaming up something new, this work supports you to:

What to expect
Each session flows through three key phases:
LOCATE – Where are you now?
We begin in the present. You bring what matters most right now — what’s stuck, what’s calling you, and what you want. I’ll support you using principles from processwork, motivational interviewing, and reflective listening.
ALIGN – What needs to move or be better understood?
We will honestly explore what holds you back — whether it’s limiting beliefs, old narratives, or an internal imbalance. We reconnect with your intuition, creativity, and inner strength.
SHOW UP – What’s next?
We finish with something real to take with you: a practice, ritual, journalling prompt or small action that supports integration and momentum in your life outside of coaching.
After each session, you’ll also receive a personalised voice memo with key reflections.
