consulting in action: feedback from australian leaders.

Level up workplace wellbeing.

  • Alongside my clinical work, I offer psychosocial workplace consultancy on a bespoke basis. I support leaders to boost wellbeing outcomes at work by integrating nine years of mental health expertise with a strong focus on intersectionality, diversity, and inclusion - using practical insights from the Victorian WorkWell Toolkit. This includes embedding respect and honour for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander empowerment in daily operations—transforming policies into actionable practices that affirm Indigenous voices and perspectives at work*. When it comes to psychological wellbeing at work, I am committed to offering practical strategies for leaders and executives.

My consulting services focus on developing tailored strategies that promote mental resilience, reduce stigma, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

  • Boost Employee Wellbeing: Create environments that support mental health and emotional resilience. Reduce workplace burnout and lower the risk of Fair Work claims against your organisation.

Enhance Team Cohesion: Address interpersonal conflicts and improve communication.

Drive Engagement: Foster a culture that values inclusivity throughout the employee lifecycle.

I can support you to build a collaborative workplace that reflects the values of kindness, authenticity and respect.

  • This service is delivered on a bespoke basis. For a customised quote related to one-on-one consulting or tailored workshop fees, email me at bree@breebaker.com.au
